SINCOW puts a system that allows you to manage the data and values of the goods immovable to be valuated; according to risk, content, location and profitability.

The system allows to organize and to register the valuation operations based on three user profiles that are: MANAGER, SECRETARY and EXPERT. In this way the responsibilities are shared in the final creation of the report of the valuated property.

The data managed by this system are processed in MySQL database.

The system is programmed in PHP, for this reason it is robust in the Internet and it can be modified according to the final client's necessities.
